1.1 Products are subject to availability.

1.2 If we are unable to provide your chosen item or a suitable substitution we will advise you as soon as possible and refund your payment in full within 30 days.

1.3 We may deliver some flowers in bud to increase vase life.

1.4 Our skilled florists do their utmost best to create arrangements as shown in the pictures on our website. We hope our customers understand that not every arrangement will be identical, as every flower is unique.

2. Orders / Payment

2.1 In order to fulfill your order we require all necessary fields contained within the order form to be completed with the relevant information. By submitting your order and payment details, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in the Policies section of our Home Page.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will notify you within 24 hours and cancel your order. Shipping (Delivery) costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the closest distance from any of our locations. We ensure shipping (delivery) is done on the day informed by the customer. We are unable to guarantee precise times, particularly during Specialty Occasions (eg. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day etc.) If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 2 days from receipt of your order.

To place a refund, return or exchange request for an order, You would need to contact us via the following email mail@neshasflowerland.com. All order details must be readily available so that we may rectify the matter as soon as possible. Our products are cheifly categorized as perishables, and therefore qualification for refund occurs on a case by case basis. In the event that there was an incomplete delivery or wrong item delievered, we must be notified within 5 days from the date of delivery. You may submit a request to cancel your order on the same day the order was placed or no later than 24 hours before delivery date. Please note that if the Order is already shipped or delivered we will not be able to approve the cancelation request. Depending on the payment processing method used, refunds may take up to 7 Business days for processing time.

We will use the information we collect about you lawfully to process your order with the best possible service. These include Names, Addresses and Phone numbers to ensure accurate delivery to customers.

If you sign up to our Mailing List, you will be contacted and informed of special offers and product offerings.

Personalized messages can be added to any order. Our staff will write the confidential message on a card and place it in an envelope. Our staff will not reveal these personalized messages to anyone, as it is against our Policy

Recipients will not be informed any information of the sender, other than that which the sender wishes to disclose.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your consent. We may respond by telephone, post or email.
